What do your “order deadlines” mean?
During peak seasons (holiday, graduation), the order deadlines shown on our website are for Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping may be available for an extra fee. Please contact us at mostlymegifts@gmail.com to inquire about rush delivery.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we may need to contact you with questions about your order. Please provide us with your email and phone number. We will use your email address for future communication regarding sales, new products, etc. If you prefer not to receive occasional email communications from us, you are welcome to unsubscribe.

How do you enter initials for monograms?
There are a multitude of options for monograms. Our easy-to-follow ordering process will guide you through the steps to ensure the correct letter placement. Can I order sorority or fraternity Greek symbols on an item?
Yes (and no). Greek-Lettered Organizations (Fraternities, Sororities and honorary societies) have strict licensing laws to protect their names and symbols. Because we (Mostly Me) are not a licensed manufacturer of these goods, we cannot sew Greek letters on any item of any kind. However, we work with several licensed vendors who embroider Greek letters on their items at the time of manufacturing. So, if you’re looking for that perfect gift for your group, please inquire.

What is your typical turnaround time?
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, custom monogram orders generally take approximately five to seven business days to produce. Our primary shipping method is Priority Mail through the USPS. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

We try to have your personalized products to you within 10 business days. If an item will take longer than that, we will notify you.

If you think you should have received your order by now, please call or email us and we will happy to update you on the status of your order.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX via PayPal. You may enter in the information on our secure payment page, or if you prefer, you may call us with the information. Payments are processed upon placing your order. When entering your credit card information, please be sure to include the billing address that is associated with your credit card.

Is my credit card payment secure?
We have a leading Identity and Trust Assurance certificate (SSL Certificate) which protects all customer transactions.  You will see the lock symbol in the URL area of your browser when checking out. Your credit card information is never seen or stored by anyone at Mostly Me.

What if my order is a gift?
We can ship it directly to your grateful recipient. Give us the details in the checkout process, including what you’d like to have written on your gift enclosure card. We’ll handle it from there.

Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we can. We’ll spiff up your gift with a fun bow and clear cello wrap for no additional charge. We are very careful about keeping your shipping costs to a minimum. However, if you want something more spectacular (aka “Bow”-DaCious Ta Da) and don’t mind paying an additional charge, we’ll be happy to accommodate.


Can you monogram a product that I ship/deliver to you? How much do you charge?

We do lots of work for customers who bring their own products. Before sending us your item(s), please contact us so we can discuss your need. Not all items are monogram friendly and we don’t want to waste your time and effort to send something we’re unable to work with. The cost depends on the size  and complexity of the monogram, the structure and material of your item, and anything else that complicates the work. Basic, run-of-the-mill monograms start at $12 per item.


Can you embroider a logo? Is there a minimum quantity?

Yes, we can, as long as there are no copywriting issues. We can do any quantity. Send us  your image in a jpeg or pdf file.



What carrier do you use for domestic shipping?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Mail, which arrive within 2-5 days within the Continental U.S.

What are your shipping costs?
We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping on orders totaling $75. Shipping for items under $75 will be assessed a flat shipping rate of $6.50.

Do you ship internationally?

For international orders, please contact us for pricing and to arrange shipping.

Can I pick up my order from your location instead of having you ship it to me?
Yes, you can. Just choose that option during checkout.



What about returns?
Generally speaking, personalized items may not be returned. Mostly Me will happily replace an item if we have made an error, or, if you receive a defective product. At our discretion, we may opt to refund your money. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order if there is a problem. We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase, however, we cannot be responsible for replacing an item when the customer has ordered incorrectly or if an item has been damaged while opening the shipping package. Please do not return your item to us without prior approval.

Yikes! I made an error on my order or changed my mind. What next?
Please notify us immediately if you find that you have made an error or changed your mind about your order. If we haven’t started the production process, we will certainly work with you to make necessary changes.

Mostly Me will not be responsible for any text, grammar, or spelling errors or omissions provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please review your order prior to submission.



How will I know if a product is available?
It is possible that an item may sell out in our shop and become unavailable online. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you right away.

Are there any other products available?
Oh, yes! We are constantly updating our inventory and may have items for sale that are not yet on our website. If there is something in particular that you are looking for, please give us a call or send an email. Pictures are welcome!



How do I care for my embroidered items?
For apparel, launder according to the care instructions on the item. Embroidery thread should not bleed or fade with regular use. For other items (tote bags, purses), you can wipe with a clean cloth and mild soap.
